BALUT

BALUT is a Filipino term for a fertilized developing egg Embryo that is boiled and eaten from the shell .It is commonly sold as a street food in China and Southeast Asian countries. Notably: Cambodia and Vietnam.

SHIRAKO

SHIRAKO is the milt or sperm sacs of male cod. It's served in both raw and cooked form in restaurants all over Japan , but many Japanese consider it an acquired taste . 

BOSHINGTANG

BOSHINTANG/BOSINGTANG or Gaejungguk called Dangogiguk in North Korea , is a Korean soup that includes Dog meat as it's primary ingredient .The soup has been claimed to provide increased virginity.

HUITLAKOCHE

HUITLAKOCHE also known as corn smut and Mexican truffle is a Mexican delicacy. It is an edible fungus that grows on corn swelling the kernels into blue grey mushroom like galls and transforming it into a dish.

CAZU MARTZU

CAZU MARTZU / CAZU MARZU also known as CAZU FARIGU is a traditional Sardinian sheep milk cheese that contains live insect larvae.

MOOSE NOSE

Jellied MOOSE NOSE is a Canadian dish made from a Snout of a Moose , cooked and cooled in a brothy liquid.

HAKARL

HAKARL is a national dish of Iceland consisting  of a Greenland Shark or other Sleeper Shark that has been cured with a particular fermentation process and hung to dry for 4 to 5 months.
